Here is the origanl LS design re-coloured with a combination of dark matte grey and gloss black.
The finished versions will have silver highlights where the black paint has been “scuffed” so that the bare metal. This will add extra detailing and give it better definition.

Mean. So the scuffing will reveal silver underneath? Now that I look at it, it does look like it needs a little touch of silver somewhere to ofset all that black. The ‘ribbing’ in the lower half perhaps?
Yeah, all the fins will have the edges worn off so you will have a bunch of silver vertical lines. I also plan to add a few silver plates to other parts to break up some of the solid black. There will be quite a bit of scuffing and chipped paint too.
